Love of the Heart
By
Arman Rashid
Love doesn’t wear a crown,
It gently lifts when we feel down.
It’s not in gifts or grand display,
But in the little things we say.
It lives in eyes that truly care,
In silent thoughts we often share.
It’s in a smile, a steady hand,
A quiet peace we understand.
True love won’t rush or try to win,
It grows so slow, from deep within.
It listens close, it waits, it stays,
Even in our darkest days.
It needs no proof, no perfect part-
It’s just the love of the heart.
The soul feels what lips won’t say,
And love still blooms when words decay.
