My Midnight Dreams

My Midnight Dreams

By

Arman Rashid

At midnight's call, when all is still,

The stars above begin to thrill.

Fireflies dance in quiet light,

And dreams take wings into the night.

I close my eyes, my heart takes flight,

The silent breeze feels soft and true.

A gentle song floats in the air,

And paints the sky with silver hue.

Alone I sit, my soul does speak,

To find the love I always seek.

My pen begins to write again,

With thoughts like softly falling rain.

The moonlight wraps me in its glow,

And lets my inner feelings show.

These dreams I hold, they sing and shine,

They make this silent world feel mine.
