Moonlight Between Us

The moonlight dances on your face,
Its gentle glow, a soft embrace.
Between our hearts, a silver line,
A quiet bridge, your soul and mine.
The night is calm, the stars so bright,
They witness love that feels so right.
Your hand in mine, a tender space,
Moonlight whispers, we find our place.
No words are needed, hearts will speak,
Through shining beams on every cheek.
The world may sleep, yet we are near,
In moonlit dreams, your voice I hear.
Though distance tries to come between,
The moonlight keeps our hearts unseen.
A silver thread through time it weaves,
Our love survives, the night believes.
